Support
Last updated 12 September 2026
Write to ahmetrnn03@gmail.com and you will get a reply from a person, usually within a day. If you are reporting a problem, it helps to say which iPhone, which iOS version, which language and what you tapped.
If you need help right now, do not wait for an email. Serai is not a crisis service, and the coach is an AI that cannot help in an emergency. The numbers are further down this page and inside the app, never behind the paywall.
Subscriptions
Cancelling. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Serai Plus → Cancel. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
The free trial. The weekly plan starts with 3 days free. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you are not charged. Serai also reminds you the day before.
Restoring. Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If you changed phones and Serai Plus is not showing, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account.
Refunds and billing. These are Apple's, not ours. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot see or change your payment details.
Prices. Weekly $6.99 with 3 days free, annual $49.99. Your App Store shows the price in your own currency.
The coach and your data
Turning it on and off. The coach is off until you open it and accept the consent screen. Settings → Coach turns it back off, and the two context switches ("Include today's check-in and profile", "Include my name") can be changed at any time.
What is sent. Your message, the last ten turns, and — only with the context switch on — today's check-in, the last seven weather labels, your profile basics and today's pair. Journal text is never sent unless you tap "Reflect with Coach" on one specific entry. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
Where it goes. To our own Cloudflare Worker, which forwards it to MiniMax to generate a reply. Our server keeps no transcripts. Conversations live on your phone for 30 days.
Message limits. Three messages a day on the free tier, forty on Serai Plus. When you reach the limit the coach says so and today's pair still works.
Exercises and safety
Something hurt. Stop. Use the comfort check's third option ("Uncomfortable or painful") — it un-completes the action, records the flag and offers a breathing action instead. Serai will keep the intensity down for the next week.
Adjusting for your body. Settings → Movement lets you change your movement level and safety flags (back, knee, wrist, pregnancy, and others). Serai swaps in a seated or side-lying action rather than removing the pair.
Making the day smaller. Every pair has a 3 / 10 / 20-minute scaler, a "swap one" link, and a "just the mind one today" option that still counts as done.
Delete my data
Settings → Data has three options: Export my data (a JSON file you can keep), Delete coach data (removes conversations from the phone and asks our server to delete the installation record), and Reset everything (wipes every local file, the installation identifier and scheduled notifications). Deleting the app removes the local data too. Details and the email route are on Delete my data.
Crisis resources
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number: 112 in Türkiye and much of Europe, 911 in the United States and Canada, 999 in the United Kingdom, 000 in Australia.
To talk to someone now:
- United States and Canada — call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
- United Kingdom and Ireland — Samaritans, 116 123
- Australia — Lifeline, 13 11 14
- Germany — Telefonseelsorge, 0800 111 0 111
- New Zealand — 1737
- Türkiye — 112 for emergencies, 183 for the social support line
- Anywhere else — findahelpline.com or the IASP crisis centre directory
Serai is a self-care and educational tool, not medical or mental health care, and it is not a crisis service. The coach is an AI and cannot help in an emergency.
